These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UrMorning mobile application ("App") and related services operated by UrMorning ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

UrMorning is a daily safety check-in service for independent adults. The App allows you to:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use UrMorning. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Account and Phone Verification

To use UrMorning, you must provide a valid phone number and verify it via a one-time SMS code. Your account is identified by your device installation, not a personal login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.

4. Subscription and Payment

UrMorning is a subscription-based service. Access requires an active subscription:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Trusted Contacts

When you add a trusted contact to your account:

UrMorning uses SMS text messaging as a core part of its safety check-in service. By using the App, you consent to receive automated SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. 7. Safety Disclaimer

UrMorning is not a replacement for emergency services. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

UrMorning is a wellness check-in tool designed to provide an additional layer of daily safety awareness. We do not guarantee that safety calls will connect, that SMS messages will be delivered, or that trusted contacts will respond. Delivery of SMS messages and phone calls depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for any harm resulting from missed check-ins, undelivered messages, failed phone calls, or delayed alerts. UrMorning is provided as a supplementary safety tool and should be used alongside, not instead of, other safety measures.

The Photo Help and Talk for a Minute features use artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

You can delete your account at any time through the App (Settings > Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems, including data stored with third-party services. This action cannot be undone.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrMorning and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failure to deliver messages or calls, delayed alerts, or any harm resulting from reliance on the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the App or via email.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
